This picture was taken by his big sister Vicky who is 7.isn't it fab.

Now onto the cards I have managed to finish over the past couple of days.  I know I said my target for the Zoo was 10 cards but I have managed to make 11 in total so they will be sent to Joyce to pass on after the bank holiday.  So here are the final 4 cards.

Cards for the Five Sister's Zoo Appeal on Do-crafts

Evening All,

After a lady on docrafts (JoyceMc) put an appeal out for cards to help raise funds for the Five Sister's Zoo after they had a devastating fire which completely destroyed their Reptile house.  I decided it would be lovely to help so have set myself a target of 10 cards to start with and then see where I go from there.

My card making has taken a back seat for the last five weeks due to the birth of my son who is taking up a lot of my time at the moment but he is doing well.  Here is a picture of him with his nan taken today.

Here are the cards I have made so far for the Zoo

The two animal images are from Delicious Doodles.
The houses are from Digi Stamp Boutique and have been coloured in with Promarkers.
Various embossing folders used.
Senitment have been computer generated.
All other card, gems, pearls and ribbon from my stash.

If you would like to know more about the Zoo please go to their website here.

Charity Cards

Good Evening All

Last Sunday I went over to to Halfpenny Green Vineyards mainly to visit Mountain Ash Crafts but to the delight of my daughter Victoria we also visited the Owl and Falconry Centre which has opened there (Definitely well worth a visit).

Well after spending a couple of hours looking at the Birds and in the Petting corner we watched the flying display and was introduced to a beautiful Snowy Owl who had been badly mistreated by its previous owner to the extent where the centre will need to remove one of its wings as it has been broken and not set properly.  This story was absolutely horrible but the owl now has its forever home and will be well looked after, to cut a long story short I have offered to make some cards for this fabulous centre to help with the upkeep and welfare of all the creatures that live there and here are the cards I have made so far: -

C6 card blanks
Images are from a CD and are pre-coloured
Sentiments are computer generated
All other card and paper are from my stash.
