My mom has asked me to make a card for a little one at the church she goes to so here is what I came up with.  I would also like to enter this card into Challenge 2 - Your favourite LOTV stamp and I do find that this stamps works so well for a lot of cards.

Image is LOTV and is called "Rosie with Cake" she can be purchased here.  I have stamped her with Memento ink and coloured her with promarkers.

Oh No more Wreath Cards!!!!!!!!!! and Going Buggy challenge Black, white & Red

Afternoon All

I have made some more of these lovely wreath cards in different colours of course and would like to enter the first card shown into the above challenge.

All cards have been made using card from my stash as my new years resolution is to use up a lot of the stash I have accumulated over numerous years.
The Stamp is a Penny Black one called Berry Wreath code 4200K which has been stamped using black memento ink and decorated with deep red pearls.
Sentiment is from craftwork cards and matted onto a piece of card to match my mounts
White background has been embossed by using the swiss dots embossing folder.
Ribbon is from my stash.

I love all the colours but especially love the Black and White one as I think it looks really classy.

1st post for the new year and they are Christmas Cards.

I always seem to have an obsession with Christmas cards during January so here are a couple I have made today.

All the card and ribbon are from my stash.
The gorgeous wreath stamp is from Penny Black (4200K Berry Wreath) which has been decorated with self adhesive metals and pearls.

Birthday card for my Mom

Evening All

Well I think this may be the last posting for me tonight so here is the card I have made for my Mom's birthday.

Mom's birthday is always tinged with sadness as my dad passed away in the early hours of her birthday 24 years ago.  They had only been married for around 9 years, it was sudden and unexpected so we always visit the cemetery and then take mom out for a meal and try to celebrate her birthday but it is always tinged with sadness.

Anyway back to the card.

The image is one of the new Neighbourwood clear stamps called " A little Bird" and it is absolutely fabulous to use.  It has been coloured in with promarkers and all the other card and paper is from my stash.

This card was made for one of the Ladies Husbands over on docrafts, I do hope he likes it.

This is my last card for the A-Z challenge over on docrafts and I must say that I have enjoyed making every single card.  Some of the letters did get the old grey matter working overtime but atleast I have made all the cards.

Well after looking at all the cards I have made for this challenge, I can see a definite LOTV theme (I'm not addicted!!!! honest).  I think this little man has had too much turkey and is doing what most of us do on Christmas afternoon.

He has been coloured in with promarkers, I have used my circle nesties to layer the image up along with my memory box dies to give that extra bit of decoration.  All other card and paper are from my stash.

W is for Wish upon a Star

Here is my card for today W is for Wish Upon A Star..

I really love this new stamp and fits this challenge just right.  With plenty of glitter and some lovely bright colours.  I am really pleased with how this card turned out.

The card, paper and ribbon I have used are from my stash as I am determined not to spend too much this year on papers etc.... so I need to use up some of the mountain of stash that I have (not doing to bad at using it up).

V is for Vintage Christmas

Afternoon All,

Here is my Card for today.  V is for Vintage Christmas.

Not to sure if I like this one as it is a little different for me.  The main image is one of the Stampendous Cling stamps called Saint Nick, all the paper and card are from my stash and not a promarker in sight.  The distress ink I have used is Walnut Stain and I have used it to stamp the main image and to distress around the edge.
